N hypoglossus läsion

Febr. 2006 Läsionen des N. hypoglossus sind eine seltene Komplikation nach Intubation, einer ausgeprägten axonalen Läsion beider Nn. hypoglossi. Ein isolierter Hirnnervenausfall nach Karotisdissektion, insbesondere eine isolierte Läsion des N. hypoglossus, ist eine seltene Erscheinung. Ein 48-jähriger 19. Febr.
